500g chicken thighs or breast, trimmed and sliced into bite sized pieces 1 rasher of bacon cut into strips
1 flat teaspoon of ground Pure & Purple Garlic Chilli Mix
125g Philadelphia cooking cream cheese
Place chicken pieces in plastic bag, add oil and Pure & Purple Garlic Chilli Mix.
Shake bag gently to coat chicken with seasoning.
Cook bacon in pan until well cooked, set aside. Add butter to pan, remove chicken from plastic bag and add to pan.
Cook chicken until golden brown and cooked through. Remove pan from heat, add cream cheese, bacon pieces and semi dried tomatoes.
Stir well and serve.
