Baked Brie with Honey fermented garlic
Whole brie or camembert
Pure & Purple Honey Fermented Garlic
Heat oven to 150 Celsius.
Remove brie from its wrapper and rewrap in alfoil or place unwrapped brie in a cheese baker.
Place in oven and cook for approximately 20 minutes. Be careful not to overcook - brie is done when a knife inserted into the middle comes out gooey.
Remove from oven, slice through the top of the brie and drizzle a small amount of Pure & Purple Honey Fermented Garlic over the top.
Add a few slices of to garnish.
You may like to add extra slices to eat with the cheese. If you are feeling adventurous, wrap the cheese in a couple of slices of prosciutto before baking.
