Italian meatball pizza
Pizza base: medium size homemade or ready to bake
1 50g sachet of Leggo’s pizza sauce or similar
3 thick gourmet pork sausages
2 teaspoons ground Pure and Purple Italian mix
1 cup grated mozzarella cheese or pizza cheese mix 1 handful of baby spinach, basil or chopped kale
To create:
Remove skin from raw sausages, mix together with Pure and Purple Italian mix
Roll into small balls and pan fry until brown.
Spread pizza sauce over pizza base, arrange meatballs on top of base, sprinkle with cheese and then baby spinach.
Bake at 180-200 degrees Celsius (in oven, air fryer, or on hooded BBQ).
Cook for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Option: drizzle honey fermented garlic over before serving.
