Salmon with Orange & Fennel pizza
Pizza base: medium size homemade or ready to bake.
125g spreadable Philadelphia cream cheese.
75g hot smoked salmon (regular salmon can be used if preferred).
1/2 red onion finely sliced.
1 teaspoon ground Pure & Purple Orange & Fennel mix.
1 cup grated mozzarella cheese or pizza cheese mix 1 handful of baby spinach, basil or chopped kale
Spread cream cheese over base.
Chop or crumble salmon over base.
Add red onion, cheese and Pure & Purple Orange & Fennel mix.
Bake in oven, air fryer or on a hooded BBQ at 180-200 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
