Rosemary & Potato Pizza

Rosemary & Potato Pizza

  • Pizza base: medium size homemade or ready to bake
  • 2 medium waxy potatoes (Dutch cream or pinkeye), boiled and peeled
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 ground teaspoons Pure & Purple Garlic Rosemary Mix 
  • 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese or pizza cheese mix

 

To create:

Spread olive oil over pizza base

Slice potato thinly and cover pizza base

Lightly brush potato with oil

Sprinkle Pure & Purple Garlic Rosemary mix over the top and cover with the cheese

Bake in oven, in air fryer or on hooded BBQ 180-200 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes or golden
